We bought our house in West Seattle with Kelly and years later sold it with her too, and she's been great to work with both times. She really pays attention to what matters to you as a buyer or seller, not just the standard stuff. We moved out of the country and it took us a while before we were ready to actually list the house. Once we handed everything over to Kelly we didn't have to go back to Seattle even once, she just took care of it all. She did the normal staging, cleaning, arranging repairs, but she arranged to clear things out of the house and helped us donate them, which is way beyond what most realtors would do. She treated the house like it mattered to her, not just another listing. Just a really smooth experience overall and we'd recommend her to anyone buying or selling in the Seattle area.

Working with Kelly as first-time homebuyers was such a great experience. She was incredibly patient, empathetic, and always made us feel supported through what can be a pretty overwhelming process. Kelly is a rock star! I began working with Kelly 5 months before my home of 41 years was ready to list. My house had a great location with a fabulous view of the water and mountains but it was also on a steep hillside and over 100 years old. Kelly worked her magic with her extensive network of repair and design people, helping me decide what to fix or change and what to leave as is. We met Kelly at an open house in an area that we were not very familiar with. It was easy to tell she was very knowledgeable, experienced and enjoyed her work. She did not push, just answered our questions, honestly, professionally, thoroughly and we quickly decided we wanted to work with her. It was a great decision! Kelly was really great to work with for both selling our old home and purchasing our new home. She is very no-nonsense and doesn't sugar coat anything, but does this in a way that makes her even more endearing. We felt very ambivalent about selling our house, and we weren't willing to sell for anything below asking price. Kelly convinced us that it was time to sell and we ended up getting 4 offers and selling above asking price. This put us in a good place to be able to make a competitive offer on our next home. The home buying process was a bit more lengthy and scary, but Kelly was always available to show us a house, or if she wasn't her associate Emily who was also wonderful was always there. We did lose on many other homes, but none of those were the right home. We ended up exactly where we are supposed to be - just like Kelly said we would.

I would be remiss if I didn’t mention how we met. I had an incident 5 years ago collapsing on the sidewalk. Kelly saw me, administered CPR and called Medic One. After a week in Harbor View and another week at home recovering I was able to get back into my usual walking routine and made it a priority to make it to the Junction Fire Department to figure out who saved my life. Fortunately, there were members of the response team that provided me with Kelly’s contact information. I contacted her to thank her and we have been friends since. Always thinking that if I should decide to sell my home that I would retain her as my agent, it was the right decision. About a year ago I asked Kelly for advice regarding improvements to my home letting her know that I was considering putting it up for sale. In response she prepared a marketing analysis that suggested that finishing the first floor as an ADU added enough value to assume the risk. During building out the ADU Kelly and I were working on what needed to be done to best represent my home and make it as attractive to buyers as reasonably as possible. Kelly had good ideas and I didn’t always agree with them initially but on further consideration she won the arguments for the most part. Once all of the improvements, repairs and updates were completed I turned the process over to Kelly where she more than met any expectations that I had. She managed all the important details and subcontractors that prepared for and through execution of the sale keeping me informed and assigning necessary action items to prevent any hiccups. I’ve purchased and sold a number of residential and commercial properties as personal residences and investments. Kelly, I can honestly say is “as goods it gets”. She has a vision and is willing to fight for it. She knows her market, what sellers want and what buyers want. And she is importantly a good manager, attentive to client’s expectations and her team’s responsibilities creating the best match possible. I highly recommend Kelly.

Kelly is a too amazing for words. She is a tireless and fierce advocate for her clients. She knows her stuff and is unafraid to share her opinion and advice. So much more than a realtor, I called her in tears more than once and she not only offered me support but offered me her couch when my lease was up and the closing on my purchase had been delayed. She stuck with me through a 6 month ordeal to purchase a new construction townhouse during a pandemic, which was continuously delayed. In the end I got it for asking price with all closing costs paid + some additional funds to buy down interest rate points. I couldn’t be happier and I can’t imagine a better realtor/advocate/therapist.

Kelly also went above and beyond and even introduced us to the daycare we would eventually send our son - this was a huge perk! In short, Kelly does just that, she delivers above and beyond expectations and we are incredibly grateful to have had her on our team during the home buying process.
